High Risk Obstetric Anaesthesia
Every family expects to bring home at the end of nine months, a healthy baby and a healthy mother. Most mothers are healthy to begin with, but can deteriorate rapidly and lead to maternal morbidity and mortality. Obstetric anaesthesia is an inevitable part of almost every anaesthetist's practice and therefore it is our responsibility to identify our knowledge gaps. Learning the nuances of recognising sick mothers and keeping ourselves abreast with latest updates, helps us to treat them promptly and effectively.
High risk obstetric workshop at GARC 2025 is curated to provide the delegates with an immersive and engaging learning experience through simulated clinical scenarios, group discussions, and problem solving.
