Paper Presentations

• Only original research (with ethical clearance) or Case series (with informed consent) are eligible in the paper presentation category.
• Structured abstracts must be submitted with 250 words or less under the following headings
• Background
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions
• Up to Two Figures/Tables may also be included as part of the submission if they are deemed informative and pertinent to the study (optional).
• Interim analysis may also be submitted (50% of sample size) but must be included in the title of the submission.
• Incomplete studies without results in the abstract will not be accepted.
• Ethical registration number has to be mentioned in the abstract submission.
• Selected submissions will be notified by email.

E - Poster Presentations

• Case reports, Observational reports may be submitted.
• E Posters are to be submitted as an abstract with 250 word or less under the headings:
• Introduction
• Case report
• Conclusion
• Up to Two Figures/Tables may also be included as part of the submission if they are deemed informative and pertinent to the submission (optional)
• Selected e – poster abstracts after selection, will subsequently require to be converted into the e poster format (given below) for online presentation, as well as display at the conference. The format for submission will be communicated on selection.
• Please indicate if informed consent has been taken.

Please submit your abstract for the meeting. The last date for abstract submission is on 15th Dec 2024. Please write the abstract in less than 250 words.
